Now you can quickly add custom Fee Types (such as parking, or laundry, or water) to bill to Tenants, as well as custom Expense Types for Property Bookkeeping! You can quickly manage them to edit or delete! No worries about accidentally deleting your custom types, types that are being used by fees or expenses are locked to protect them!

Yearly Bookkeeping 

Now when you are bookkeeping for Tenants or Properties, the months are shown as latest month first (December -> January) and only one year at a time is shown to see your records quicker and with less clutter!
